This place is special. Not only because of it’s affiliation Harvard Medical School, it’s national ranking, the countless innovations, inventions, and best practices that have come out of the halls of the hospital… But because I was also born here. Talk about full-circle.

Since starting at the Brigham, I have learned an immense amount about Project Management, Agile and Scrum framework implementation, product management, and program management. I was given the opportunity to turn around the Brigham Care Redesign Incubator and Startup Program (BCRISP) and delivered huge returns through the introduction of a partnership with Harvard Business School, the T.H. Chan School of Public Health’s Design Lab, and Mass General Hospital.

Promotions: Project Manager I (4 months) → Project Manager II (2 months) → Senior Project Manager and Startup Advisor

• Displayed in-depth industry expertise in healthcare innovation frameworks, early-stage investing, and operational redesign.
• Directed the Brigham Care Redesign Incubator and Startup Program (BCRISP), a seed-stage, internal investment arm that incubates and accelerates Harvard University Faculty startups and products from idea to product implementation at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital through capital infusion and management, product, technological, and digital consulting.
• Founding team member of the Mass General Brigham Emerging Technologies Group (MGBET), designed investment strategy and post-investment support procedures for companies operating in the care delivery, population health, and care equity spaces.
• Conducted qualitative research to generate a founding thesis for the Brigham Cell and Gene Therapies Center of Excellence.
