The University of Colorado Health System’s flagship hospital is the University of Colorado Hospital on the Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, Colorado. I started my career in healthcare innovation during my junior year of college as a telemetry technician in the Digital Health Center. I worked my way up while finishing my undergraduate degree to eventually become the Center’s first Digital Health Lead where I worked directly with the Chief Innovation Officer on a multitude of projects.

Promotions: Telemetry Technician (8 months) → Telemetry Lead (2 months) → Digital Health Lead

• Exemplified a high degree of digital health knowledge and led educational programs on best practices for remote care delivery.
• Collaborated with C-level suite and other key stakeholders to improve operational methodologies for more than 300 clinicians.
• Developed and launched a business model redesign for the innovation studio that increased investment rates by nearly 200%.
